  1. The growth of crops depends on soil quality, climate, and cultivation methods. For optimal results, grow the purchased seed varieties under suitable conditions and follow local agricultural practices. Identical results cannot be guaranteed across all environments.
  2. Crop performance may be affected by environmental and cultivation conditions, which can influence genetic traits. In the event of any loss due to such factors, our liability is strictly limited to a refund of the seed purchase amount. No consequential damages will be covered. If you do not agree with this term, please return the unopened package with the original invoice as soon as possible.
  3. Seeds in their original, intact packaging can be stored for up to nine months under cool and dry conditions. Once opened, seeds should be used immediately. We are not liable for any decline in germination due to improper storage or handling.
  4. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from repacking or further processing of the seeds by the purchaser.
  5. Any resistance or tolerance mentioned in the variety descriptions is based on Naturegro Seed’s experimental results. Environmental factors may influence actual performance, and we do not guarantee identical outcomes under different growing conditions.
